Blurb:
He’s the love of her life, but he doesn’t know it.
She’s his one moment of sacrifice in a lifetime of survival.

He was damaged and wild, but resilient.
She’s always been obedient. Now she’s restless.

Home for the summer between college and med school, Pearl Torres Frank knows two things: Boyce Wynn is the embodiment of everything she should run from, and everything she wants to run to. Rebellious and loud. Unconcerned with society’s opinion of him. Passionate. Strong. Dangerous.

And one more trait he hides from everyone but her:
Sweet.

My Rating 5 out of 5 stars

My Thoughts:

Please excuse me while I fangirl in happiness over the awesomeness that is this book!
Tammara Webber knows how to write beautiful and engaging stories featuring beautifully engaging characters and Sweet is just another example of this mastery.
I loved everything about it and didn’t want it to end.

For those who have read Easy and Breakable, Sweet features secondary characters from those books; Pearl and Boyce.
At first glance, this pair may seem mismatched but they are actually perfect for each other. Their story isn’t all sunshine, lollipops, drama, sex and stupidity that a lot of New Adults, sadly, are.
Nope, this story is real, it has heart and soul. The trials they face as individuals help them grow. They are strong apart but stronger together. It tells the story of their past, lays down their lives in the present  and paints a beautiful future based on hard-work, love and commitment.

It may have taken a while but they get there and it makes me all stupid happy as I've had a soft spot for these two since reading Breakable.

I wholeheartedly suggest people read this book. It’s not a story about falling in love. It’s a story about life and I kinda wish these characters were real and in my life for they feel like friends when you read these books. They really do. Or maybe I’m just crazy…

P.S – Lucas (and Jacqueline) fans, you get a brief catch up with them in Sweet, which is well… Sweet
